IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

Order Preparation:

• We typically prepare in-store pickup orders on the same day they are placed. However, we guarantee that your order will be ready within 24 to 48 hours for pickup at our Sainte-Thérèse location.
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Locations:

• Sainte-Thérèse: Our primary pickup location is our Sainte-Thérèse store. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours.
• Saint-Jérôme: If you wish to pick up your order at our Saint-Jérôme location, you must call us at 450-818-0118 to let us know. It may take 2 to 3 business days for your order to be available for pickup at Saint-Jérôme.

Order Pickup:

• Once your order is ready, you can collect it during our regular business hours.

Unpaid Orders:

• Orders that are not paid for online and are set for payment in-store must be picked up and paid for within two weeks. If the order is not collected and paid for within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the items will be returned to inventory.

Card prices for online purchases with in-store payment:

• The prices of cards are subject to change. When you choose the "payment in store" option, the price you see at the time of placing the order is not guaranteed. The final price will be determined at the time of payment in the store. 
• By selecting the "payment in store" option, you acknowledge and accept that the price of the cards may vary between the time of order placement and the time of payment. You will be charged the current price, regardless of whether it is higher or lower than the price at the time of order.
