SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates and Conditions:

Free Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders over $75.00 before taxes, anywhere in Canada.
Orders under $75.00: Shipping and handling fees are applied for orders under $75.00, based on the weight and shipping method selected.

Please note that these transit times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We do not guarantee delivery times but will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced and lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered. We do not ask a signature upon delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jeuxjubes.com or call 450-818-0118. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada.
